Taking your movie.

Are you going to take the movie by yourself or with someone?

Taking the Video by yourself:

  1. There are no special needs like remote microphones. You can do this with the equipment we discussed in [cref 45 Part 1…]
  2. It is best to tour the house prior to shooting and make any necessary note. Ask the homeowner any special features to see if you have missed anything, if you have add them to your notes.  (Study your notes prior to shooting)
  3. Check all your equipment and make sure it is clean and functioning properly.
  4. Do a sample video shoot and check to see if your lighting and volume are set right for the house you are shooting. Very house has its own lighting and audio effects.
  5. Shoot your video. Watch your video on site. Re-shoot if necessary.

Taking the video with another person:

Most of the concerns with shooting with another person are the same as above. The main difference is you have someone in the video that will point out features and make it easier for the buyer to recognize.

Below you will find two examples.
